If you've thought about trying hooping, this is the place. Say I buy a series of classes with set dates and times but can't use them all...can I use them with your future classes?
Sure thing. We understand that life happens, just give us 7 days notice and RSVP for the desired class no later than noon 7 days before the desired class. Balances may be carried over for a class of equal dollar value, of any level, in this timely fashion. Classes are transferable.

How do I reschedule a class?
Just give notice by noon 7 days prior to class. Otherwise, the paid class expires on the advertised date.
I've missed a class. Can I make it up?
At this time circumstances keep us from processing exchanges or refunds when a class is missed without a timely arrangement (see above). Once a spot is reserved it goes off the market. When we rent a studio it is secured for an agreed date and time, and this is made possible by registered students. Thank you for understanding.
My yoga and other dance classes are about $15 per hour. Why are hoop class rates higher?
Hoop class prices are subject to the depth of information provided, maximum capacity allowed with apparatus, venue and fees. Unlike the average dance and yoga class, hoopdance classes require more space per person which makes classes more intimate and you receive generous one-on-one time to facilitate your acceleration in all classes. From time to time we'll run specials, offer a pocket friendly rate around the holidays, or a economic rate and/or sliding scale, made possible when a large number of attendees are present. We do our best to support you on your path with Love and Integrity by offering a fair exchange for a deeply wonderful community activity that is truly Priceless. We do our best to create opportunities for all to participate in an environment that is non-competitive with other practices. At Hoopadelic Hoopdance we provide more than meets the eye.
I've completed one or more level of classes, but would like a refresher course.
Taking a refresher course, or any course for the first time, is always a community oriented experience and is more like a party than a class, as you may know. So continuing to awaken through hooping is a great way to maintain a weekly health promoting activity in your lifestyle.
I know the moves but can't remember the names.
Not a problem. If you would like the names to any moves you have learned in Hoopadelic classes simply email us at info@hoopadelic.com or visit our contact page. As a note, we would like to remind you that remembering the name of moves isn't as important as feeling great doing the moves. When identifying them to others it is practical to be able to associate actions but it is not crucial to stick to any given names.
I'd like to use your hoop names.
Not a problem (see above)! If you would like a list of names for moves you have learned in Hoopadelic playshops simply email us at info@hoopadelic.com or visit our contact page. As a note, we would like to remind you that though our terms have become household names these identifying labels aren't as important as feeling great doing the move(s); and Hoopadelic terminology is free for all to use. More importantly, we encourage you to be creative and come up with your own hoop identities should this resonate more with you and your style of hooping!
This is my first time buying a hoop. Which one is best?
All Hoopadelic hoop styles are great for any personality. Small hoops are 35" in diameter and are ideal for young children, speed hooping and trickier moves for the average adult body size. Regular hoops are 40" meant for the typical body structure of people teen through adult. Extra large hoops are 42" or greater and meant for any use requiring larger than average sized hoops or partner hooping (please inquire with us) and we will gladly create one for your specific needs. Each hoop is lovingly made in a smoke free, pet free, and clean environment. We make all our hoops to order so you are sure to receive one that is meant just for You.
They all look so pretty -- I can't decide!

You may return items within 30 days of purchase in the same condition it was sent. Product money back guaranteed. Store credit is also available. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and not covered when returning an item.
